DESCRIPTION: The Fort Hill Mill Site is 33 +/- acres of industrial land near Willamina. The site is located on Oregon Highway 18 midway between Grand Ronde (home of the Spirit Mountain Casino) and Willamina. The site has 8 tax lots and is bisected by Fort Hill Road and the Railroad.

ACCESS: The road access to the site has been improved greatly by the construction of a recent overpass at Fort Hill Road. The overpass provides ramps to and from east and west-bound higway 18.
The site is served by Rail. The rails are owned by Hampton Affiliates between Willamina and Fort Hill. The Portland and Western Railroad operates on these tracks.

IMPROVEMENTS: By mid-July, all of the machinery and buildings will be removed from the site. The underground infrastructure will remain.

WATER: Potable water is supplied to the site by a municipal water system.
Water rights are appurtenant to the land for industrial and fire suppression purposes. Water is taken from the South Yamhill river, pumped to an elevated reservoir and fed back to the site in a system that is pressurized by gravity.
