Willamina is conveniently located at the confluence of Yamhill and Polk Counties in the beautiful Willamette Valley. Head 30 miles east and you’ll find yourself in the capitol city of Salem. Head 30 miles west and you’ll arrive at the Oregon Coast.

Willamina is a small town surrounded by timber and agricultural communities and the vibrant Willamette Valley wine-growing region.  Willamina is only a half-hour drive to the town of McMinnville, home to Linfield College and Chemeketa Community College’s Yamhill Valley campus. The quad sawmill in Willamina was Hampton’s first sawmill operation and has been operated by Hampton since 1942.  The Willamina mill was once the largest sawmill in the country and today is still Hampton’s largest facility with more than 250 employees.
