Our Team

Diversity & Inclusion Team

Hampton’s Diversity & Inclusion Team (DIT) was launched by CEO, Steve Zika and the Hampton Family in September 2020 in the wake of social justice protests around the nation. This group is dedicated to advancing equality, equity, and anti-discrimination in our company, industry, and community.
