SUSTAINABLE COMMUNITIES

Sustainable Communities

Forests support rural and urban communities.

Plant a tree and all sorts of things sprout up around them. Wildlife. Recreation. Jobs. Energy. Opportunities. Sustainably managed forests ensure these benefits will be plentiful well into the future. Local forests enable rural wood manufacturing and supply communities across the U.S. and abroad with green building materials and a variety of other products.

Rural Manufacturing

Creating stronger communities.

Our operations create roughly 1,400 family-wage jobs in rural areas throughout the Pacific Northwest. That doesn’t include the indirect transportation and forestry employment created by local wood manufacturing. Each mill is an engaged partner in the community’s social and economic development. As a company, Hampton invests in schools, social programs, the arts, and local events and encourages and enables our employees to engage with their communities and support their neighbors. To learn more about our community engagement efforts, visit the Initiatives section of our website.

Our Communities

Great places to live, work and enjoy life.

Learn more about where we work and what makes our communities special. These locations are home to our corporate office and manufacturing facilities but we also have forestry offices, reload facilities, and sales departments throughout the Pacific Northwest. Check out our jobs section for opportunities at these and other locations. View Opportunities
